Remo, Compuscan’s Chief Executive Officer, is known for his close involvement in the daily management of the group as well as for having a hands-on approach to customer relations, sales and the design and development of new solutions and services – always having the best solution for clients in mind.

His personal experience in the microfinance field led to his unique insight into its functioning, while instilling in him a passion for the credit industry, for his company and the clients it serves. As group CEO, he spearheads the implementation of strategic plans, ensuring optimal growth by fortifying strengths and cultivating opportunities.
Instrumental in setting up new data-sharing initiatives in the African countries where the Group operates, Remo continues to be an influential force in the credit information industry.

Rory Matthews

CEO Australia and Asia-Pacific

Since joining Compuscan Australia, Rory has been pivotal in establishing a Credit Bureau in both Australia and the Philippines.
A well-rounded business leader, Rory has built and transformed data- and technology-led organisations active in the credit referencing industry on three continents over the past two decades. As Head of the ASEAN Region, he draws on his deep understanding of the financial, telecommunications, retail and utilities sectors to build client-centric, innovative solutions that integrate personal and business data from various sources.
Rory has sharpened his commercial acumen over the years in a number of top leadership positions at international companies like TransUnion, Experian and Veda Advantage.

Wilfrido Santiago

Country Manager, Philippines

Leading the business in the Philippines, Country Manager Willy Santiago is responsible for establishing Compuscan locally as the primary credit solutions provider for savings and loans banks, rural banks, co-operatives and micro lenders.
Having developed his flair for sales in the media and broadcasting industry, Willy further extended his skills by setting up non-traditional programmes to maximize opportunities that would translate into significant returns. His career in banking began in 2010 when he joined RCBC Bankard to take on the portfolio of sales performance and the creation of new banking channels, following this as a member of TransUnion’s pioneer team.
With 20 years in relationship management and sales, and having enjoyed global sales responsibility, Willy brings this experience to bear in his current leadership role.
